Terms & Conditions - BY PURCHASING FROM US YOU AUTOMATICALLY AGREE TO THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of parrots (the "Birds") by [ Parrot Care Group Ltd] ("Seller" “We”) to the purchaser ("Buyer"). By purchasing a Bird, the Buyer agrees to these terms.
2. Description of Goods
The Seller provides detailed descriptions of each Bird, including species, age, health status, and any special requirements. The Buyer acknowledges that they have read and understood this information before purchase.
3. Legal Requirements
The sale of parrots is subject to UK law, including the Animal Welfare Act 2006 and the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981. The Buyer is responsible for ensuring they comply with all relevant regulations and have the necessary permits, if applicable.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are quoted in GBP and include VAT, where applicable.
Payment must be made in full before the Bird is released to the Buyer.
Accepted payment methods include [ Cash, bank transfer, credit/debit card].
5. Health Guarantee
The Seller guarantees that all Birds are in good health to the best of our knowledge at the time of sale . We recommend The Buyer to schedule a vet check within 48 hours of purchase and to use the 20% Exotic Direct Voucher provided from the seller to insure the bird.
6. Returns and Refunds
If the Bird is found to have a serious health issue which occurred before the bird was bought from the seller , the Buyer may return the Bird for a full refund or exchange WITHIN 48 HOURS. REFUND POLICY DOES NOT APPLY IF CONCERNS ARE NOT REPORTED WITHIN WITHIN 48 HOURS.
ANYTHING REPORTED AFTER THE 48 HOUR TIME FRAME IS NOT COVERED AND WE ARE NOT LIABLE TO RETURN, REFUND OR COME TO A MUTUAL DECISION. YOUR REQUEST WILL BE DENIED
No refunds or exchanges will be accepted if it is found that the bird was physically damaged, a health condition occurred after the bird was purchased from the seller or if concerns are not reported within the 48 hour time frame.
7. Care and Welfare
The Buyer agrees to provide appropriate care, housing, and nutrition for the Bird, adhering to best practices as outlined in the Animal Welfare Act 2006. Failure to do so may result in legal action.
8. Liability
The Seller is not liable for any damages or injuries caused to the Bird after the point of sale. The seller is not liable for any third party vet fees either. The seller is not liable to return or refund any animal if concerns are not reported within 48 HOURS. The Buyer assumes all risks associated with the care and ownership of the Bird.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
10. Amendments
The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to the Buyer prior to the completion of any future transactions.
