BY USING OUR SERVICE YOU AUTOMATICALLY AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the boarding services provided by [Parrot Care Group Ltd] ("we," "our," or "the Company") for animals ("Pet" or "Pets") at our facility. By using our services, you ("Owner") agree to the following terms and conditions.
Reservations: All bookings must be made in advance. A reservation is not considered confirmed until the deposit or full payment is received.
Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking. The deposit will be deducted from the total boarding fee.
Cancellation: Owners must notify us at least [24] hours prior to the boarding start date to cancel the reservation. Cancellations made within this period may be subject to charges.
Boarding Fees: The Owner agrees to pay the applicable boarding fees for their Pet(s) as outlined at the time of reservation. The fees are based on the number of days the Pet is boarded.
Payment: Payment is due at the time of check-in unless prior arrangements are made. Accepted methods of payment include [credit cards, debit cards, cash, checks, etc.].
Additional Services: Any additional services (such as grooming, training, or special care) will incur extra charges, which will be invoiced accordingly.
Health Requirements: The Pet must be free from any contagious conditions, parasites, or illnesses at the time of check-in. Pets that appear sick may be refused boarding or be taken to a vet at the Owner’s expense.
Emergency Medical Care: In case of illness or injury, we will make reasonable efforts to contact the Owner. If the Owner cannot be reached, the Pet will be treated by a licensed veterinarian at the Owner’s expense.
Aggressive Pets: We reserve the right to refuse service to Pets with aggressive behavior. If a Pet becomes dangerous or unmanageable, we may contact the Owner to pick up the Pet early or arrange for professional intervention.
Training or Special Needs: The Owner must disclose any behavioral issues or special needs the Pet may have prior to boarding. We are not responsible for training or managing behavioral issues beyond basic care.
Check-In: Pets must be dropped off at the designated time. Late check-ins may be subject to additional charges.
Check-Out: Pets must be picked up by the agreed-upon time. Late pick-ups may incur additional charges.
Limitation of Liability: While we take reasonable precautions to care for your Pet, we are not liable for any injury, illness, loss, or damage to the Pet or its belongings during the boarding period, except in cases of gross negligence.
Pet’s Property: We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen belongings (such as toys, beds, or leashes) brought by the Pet.
Insurance: It is recommended that the Owner carries pet insurance for additional coverage.
Owner-Provided Food: We recommend that the Owner provides sufficient food for the duration of the boarding stay. If food is not provided, we will supply food for an additional fee.
Special Diets and Allergies: Owners must inform us of any special dietary needs, allergies, or preferences.
Facility Access: The Owner may visit the facility by appointment, subject to availability. We ask that visits are arranged in advance and kept brief to minimize disruption to the Pets.
No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted on the premises.
Personal Items: Pets are welcome to bring their bedding, toys, or other items from home to help with the transition. However, we are not responsible for any damage or loss.
We reserve the right to terminate this Agreement and the boarding service if the Pet exhibits aggressive or harmful behavior, or if the Owner fails to comply with any of the Terms and Conditions. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
Force Majeure: We are not responsible for any delay or failure to perform due to events outside of our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.
Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will apply to future bookings.
NOTICE: WE MAY ASK FOR PROOF OF YOUR BIRD BEING TESTED FOR PBFD AND APV, WITHOUT THESE TESTS YOU MAY BE REFUSED ATTENDANCE. IF YOUR BIRD HAS NOT BEEN TESTED WE CAN ARRANGE THIS BUT THERE WILL BE AN EXTRA CHARGE AND WE MAY TAKE FEATHER AND BLOOD SAMPLES.
